Will my app subscription’s price change?

We plan to increase our prices, but we guarantee that your subscription’s price will not change, and will always be the same as long as you renew your account.

How does the free trial work?

MakeOwn.App provides access to the platform to build out your mobile app for 30 days. During the Trial period, you have access to our platform, features, and functionality to finish building your app. When you’re finished building and want to publish to Google’s Play Store and Apple’s App Store, you will need to pay for one of our subscriptions that suits your needs.

Can I upgrade my app subscription’s plan?

Yes, you can instantly upgrade your account to a higher plan. Your app’s settings will be transferred to a new account with additional features.

Can I host multiple apps under one subscription?

You can definitely have multiple apps under one account, however, each app will require its own subscription to be submitted to the App Store and Google Play and to function properly.

How can I preview my app?

Very easy, simply enter your mobile number (including country code) and our platform will send you an SMS with a preview link, which you can also share with your partners and customers.

Do you provide a discount on a second mobile app?

Yes, we provide a 5% discount for your second app, and a 10% discount on your third and further apps. Contact us today and receive your discount code. For more discounts, please visit our Reseller’s page.

Can I add content in my own language?

Yes, you can translate the app in any language, and also you can easily edit texts of every section, plugin, or feature.

Are your apps own branded?

Yes, our mobile app builder provides 100% own branding apps, with no reference to MakeOwn.App. You can build your own branded app, and also publish to Google’s Play Store and Apple’s App Store with your own name (or company).

Do you have any hidden fees?

No, we do not. But please keep in mind that you have to pay $100 (annually) directly to Apple for App Store submission, and $25 (one-time) to Google for Play Store submission. For more information, please visit our Knowledge Base.

Do you provide a refund?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Wire transfers.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your app’s subscription at any time. Please note, however, if you cancel your service, your app will no longer function and will be removed from the App Store and Google Play per our terms.
